What happens if I am not satisfied with a temporary worker supplied? right4staff conduct a number of quality checks to ensure 100% satisfaction with our service. In the unlikely event that a temporary worker proves unsatisfactory within the first 2 hours of their assignment, right4staff will replace immediately, and no charge will be made for the original temporary worker. What level of communication and support can I expect, once your services have been engaged? Our business is built on the relationships developed with our customers. This starts with the first order placed. Your right4staff representative will ensure they visit your premises so they understand the requirement and the environment. Once a suitable temporary worker has been placed, they will check weekly that everything is still satisfactory and conduct an agreed visit timetable with you to review service levels. In the event you have recruited a permanent member of staff, right4staff will keep in touch weekly throughout the probationary period, to ensure both customer and candidate are happy. Regular 2-way communication is the key to support our business relationship.
